Product Preorders

If you are interested in preordering an item listed on our site, select the item you would like to preorder. Near the bottom of the listing, simply enter your email into this field provided and a member of our crew will reach out to you to finalize your preorder.

For some items, you may be asked to put down a non-refundable deposit. This deposit will be put towards your preorder.

Failure to respond to initial communication will result in a cancellation on the preorder.

No. At this time, all preordered items must be picked up at Intergalactic Plastic in Lakeland, FL.

In some rare cases, items put on preorder my not get delivered to us. When this occurs, a member of our staff will reach out to you to let you know. If you placed a deposit for the item, you will be given a full refund.

Placing preorders on our site in no way guarantees that you will receive the ordered product.

It really depends. If the product you ordered has a strict street date, you can expect the item to arrive on or around that date. For items like toys and collectibles, the date can vary greatly. Feel free to ask a member of our staff to check for updates.

Generally, most products have a 1-2 week window before preorders need to be placed. We will do our best to show the preorder cut-off dates for each product.
